Therefore, to control the administrative coordination cost of local government, must conduct thorough research from these three aspects. On the one hand, change traditional administrative idea which does not conform to reality needs, construct transparent, rule of law, service-oriented government; On the other hand, by the means of constructing scientific and standard internal management system, enhance government's own construction, thus reduce government internal friction and enhance government efficiency; Finally, by the means of establishing reasonable administration structure, reduce massive time, the energy, the physical resource and the manpower cost which spend on the internal coordination, avoid the increase of government overall administration coordination cost.To illuminate the reason of local government produce costs , this article mainly utilized sociological exchange theory, system function theory, economic game theory, transaction cost theory, the analysis had pointed out local government coordination cost have its in-depth reason of society, culture and management mechanisms, was for the purpose of enhancing the government's administrative efficiency and promoting local government's management standard.
