Study On Nanqiao Criminals Out Of Prison On The Former Supervisor Of Vocational Skills Training Program

To carry out vocational and technical training for offenders in prisons implement the "combining punishment with reform and to transform the human purpose" of the prison policy, to improve the quality of important measures to reform the offender is an important content of the implementation of prison sentences; do a good job of criminals vocational and technical training to enhance punishment of offenders after release employability, the promotion of offenders released from prison after the successful employment is a necessary requirement to build a harmonious society. Prison, vocational and technical education of offenders is critical practical significance. Unfortunately, the "Prison Law" provides only the basic principles, non-operable, so far China's vocational and technical training system, the offender has not been established.In my paper, discussion of the training system and training based on the theory, combined with the transformation of the practice of prison labor on the South Bridge, the offender out of prison, the former supervisor of the establishment of vocational skills training programs to explore and research. In the view of the current criminals out of prison existence of a pre-vocational skills training in the four major issues, namely, the training program was too simple, needs-based deviations from the lack of funds, high-quality training in the analysis of power based on the lack of bold and constructive ideas put forward with full respect for the students of professional interest in the offender orientation, in close connection with the employment needs of the scientific and systematically formulate an implementation program, the preparation of special budget and the effectiveness of their training, identification and assessment, to establish and improve the vocational skills training system and implementation of programs to promote the realization of personnel discharged prisoners return to society, effectively reduce criminal recidivism discharged personnel to maintain social stability.This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter introduces the purpose of paper, background, significance, etc., to introduce this research to do.
