The Primary Research Of Japanese's Group Consciousness And The Enlightenment Of Collective Education Of Chinese College Students

The decades after World War II, Japan's rise in the smoke, reconstruction of the political, economic, social and other undertakings, a series of profound changes, rapid development of this shocked the whole world. After studying, many scholars point out that Japanese's group consciousness played a crucial role during the post-war reconstruction. At present, China steps in a new period of socialist moral construction, deepening reform and opening up a new era. We have to pass on the good elements of traditional culture, and also learn from the various civilizations in the world. The Japanese emphasize on group interests, perceive the maintenance of group harmony.This can provide useful lessons for collectivism education in China. Therefore, the study of Japanese's group consciousness will makes great theoretical and practical significance. Full-text is divided into three parts:The first part is an overview of Japanese's group consciousness concept. This article first describes the conception of Japanese's group consciousness, and then introduces the formation of the background from the geographical and cultural aspects, at last describes its manifestations from six aspects. It is a comprehensive introduction of the Japanese's group consciousness.The second part includes the value analysis of the consciousness of Japanese's group. The consciousness of Japanese's group are analyzed from positive and negative aspects, to draw on beneficial references to the collective education of Chinese college students.The third part includes the inspiration to collective education of Chinese college students from Japanese's group consciousness. It is the purpose that to build beneficial reference to strengthen collective education of Chinese college students, we study Japanese's consciousness of group. Therefore, based on the idea of Japanese group of research, we form our recommendations from two ways of content and method to the development of Chinese college students'collective education.
