On the one hand, ideological and political education is the lifeline of the party, andthe situation and policy education is an important part of ideological and politicaleducation.On the other hand,complicated international and domestic situation during theAnti-Japanese War, and intense mixture of ethnic and class conflicts, which are requiresthe communist party of China should pay more attention to the situation and policyeducation.Consistent with historical facts. First,the communist party of China started from thedifferent situation and tasks of the three stages,which are stage of strategic defensive,stage of stalemate and stage of counter-offensive,and from five aspects to carry out thesituation and policy education, which are “the education of the military struggle byopening the battlefield behind and expanding the armed forces; the education of politicalline by establishing and expanding the Anti-Japanese national united front; the educationof economic construction by developing production and ensuring supply; the educationof cultivating the national spirit by improving people’s cultural level and arouseing theenthusiasm for the war of resistance; and the education of the party’s construction projectby rectifying unhealthy tendencies and ensureing the final victory of the war of resistanceagainst Japan.”For example, the education of the military struggle in the stage ofstrategic defensive successfully achieved the party’s major military strategic shift and laida solid military base for the lasting and the final victory of the Anti-Japanese War. Andas another example, the education of political line、economic construction and cultivatethe national spirit in the stage of strategic stalemate, not only overcomed the seriousmaterial difficulties in wartime, and educated the masses of the members and cadres ofthe party and the military and civilian of the base areas,also stimulated their national outrage and consolidated and expanded the anti-japanese national united front, whichwere laid a solid economic and political foundation for the victory of the long haul.Also,such as the education of party construction engineering in the stage of the strategiccounter-offensive, not only solved the wrong attitude problems which were existed in theparty for a long time,but also made the party’s leading bodies and members and cadresmaster a basic direction that is unified the universal truth of marxism-leninism with theconcrete practice of the Chinese revolution,which was also made the party’s ideologicalunderstanding reached unprecedented unity and played an irreplaceable role to ensurethat the final victory of the Anti-Japanese War and the victory of the war of nationalliberation.Second, during the Anti-Japanese War the party used many kinds of ways andmethods to make the practice of the situation and policy education effectivey.Theseconcrete practices were mainly embodied in five aspects as well.The first, through theway of establishing typical to carry on the education, such as "Wu Manyou movement","Zhao Zhankui movement", etc.;the second, through the way of starting all kinds ofschools and community groups to carry on the education, such as the border regionmiddle school used extracurricular activities to carry out the patriotism education forstudents, besides,suide normal school, northwest party school, Anwu Youth trainingclass and on-the-job cadre education were all through many kinds of forms to carry outthe party’s situation and policy education;the third, used various cultural activities tocarry on the education, set the eighteenth northwest field service group as an example,the members of which are used a variety of folk art forms to promote the party’sAnti-Japanese War line and ten big platform in various anti-japanese base areas;thefourth,through the way of newspapers and periodicals and other media to carry on theeducation, such as,through the issuance of "Red China","New China","Liberationdaily","The border region people newspaper " propagandized the party’s guidelines andpolicies; the fifth,through manykind of ways,like meetings, lectures, wall newspaper, tocarry on the education, for example,WaYaoBao conference and luochuan meeting weresucessfully solved the problem of the party’s political line, and greatly promoted the party’s total resistance line, etc.The party’s situation and policy education during the Anti-Japanese War not onlyplays a major role in the final victory of the party’s revolutionary, but also gives fourgreat important enlightenment to the work of today’s situation and policy education. First,the party must be from a strategic height to know the situation and policy education.Second, the party must be closely around the change of the central task to carry out thesituation and policy education. Third, the party must be carry out the education ofsituation and policy by means of combining a variety of forms. The fourth, the party mustpay attention to the function of the national spirit in the situation and policy education.
