It is significant for Party to build up basic administration power in countryside to choose and engage the university students as village officials to improve the cadre team in countryside, train cadre power for building a socialist new countryside and reserved leading officials for Party and government, and boost the development of countryside renovation in new situation. It is an important strategic policy made by Party's Central Committee, rather than a makeshift. It is a key point of continue developing the village officials with university students and boosting "one university graduate for one village" policy to combine national macro policy and actual area situation efficiently, as we have a vast land with different economic level and culture and the main job of village cadre is on a local base.In recently years, Suzhou have done some research and got achievements in developing and boosting village officials with university students, also there are some problems due to which is a totally new renovation and experiment, some relative systems are not turn out accordingly and also some boosting problems.According to the Suzhou's reality, the Text analyzes the three important relations existed in developing and boosting student village officials:the relation between base in village and get practice, the relation between policy and operation, and relation between encouragement of student village officials and arousing of other cadres' initiative, and build up a Suzhou style sustainable management system of student village officials with choose and engage mechanism, training mechanism, mechanism of help and cultivating, mechanism of encouragement and prompting, mechanism of personal flow etc.
