Trying To Talk About The Rural Village Primary Party Organizations

The Village Party organizations are the bastions of the Chinese Communist Party in rural grass-root organizations, acting like a bridge connecting the Party and the people. How the Village Party is built has a direct influence upon the propaganda and implementation of the Party's policies. It also helps to establish the Party's image among the masses, and to determine the rural social stability, the well-being of the peasants, and the development of the rural area. By and large, the Village Party organizations have presently been built in step with the times. However, under the new circumstances and facing the new tasks, many new problems appeared while the Village Party organizations were serving as a bastion and the Communists were playing an exemplary vanguard role. Recognizing further the status and functions of the Village Party organizations and studying their problems arising under the new circumstances as well as their corresponding countermeasures are therefore having great realistic meanings in building a harmonious society, promoting the new rural construction and improving the Party's administrative capacity under the guidance of the Scientific Outlook on Development, and also great theoretical meanings in further enriching the Party building theory in the Marxism.In order to make clear the developments of the Village Party organizations, this paper uses a systematic approach by collecting a large amount of data in vertical direction and further processing them, to conclude the different roles the building of the Village Party organizations has played at different times, so that the results can be used as further guidance of the present construction of the Party's organizations. To enhance the empirical and pointing nature of the research, this paper mainly uses the method of investigation in analyzing the present situation and problems in building the Village Party organizations, by analyzing each case in the collected data under the guidance of the corresponding policies of the Party.This paper is made up of the introduction, the body and the conclusion. The introduction explains the reason for choosing this topic, the current situation and future trends in research of this topic both home and abroad, the structure of this paper and its research methods, etc. The body consists of three chapters. The first chapter looks back on the history in building the Village Party organizations and analyzes the importance of the constructions. The second chapter takes the constructing situation of the Village Party organizations in Shuiluopo Village of YangXin County in Shangdong province as an example, to analyze the current situation of building Village Party organizations in the new rural construction, and mainly introduces and analyzes the new situations and problems. The third chapter explores the countermeasures for the problems existing in building the Village Party organizations. And a conclusion is given after all the analysis that against the background of implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development and building the socialist new countryside, the Village Party organizations should further improve themselves from the perspectives of style, system, ideology and organization, so that the Party can full-play the role of bastion in the countryside.
