The Study Of Administrative Responsibility Of Supervisor On Food Safety In China

As the saying goes, "Hunger breeds discontent, food-an as the first", food security is related to people's health and safety of life is related to economic development and social harmony. The level of a country's food security not only reflects the economic, scientific and technological level of development of the hard environment, but also highlights the social civilization and the level of protection of human rights such as the degree of development of soft power. In recent years, there have been a series of major food safety accidents, not only caused damage to people's lives and health, but also endanger the public safety and the building of a harmonious society. CPC Central Committee and State Council attached great importance to food safety issues, adopted a series of effective measures. Present, China's overall food security situation is more stable, but also would also like to recognize the basis of food security is still relatively weak, the situation remains very grim. This includes the production of illegal business operators, but also food safety supervision and monitoring of the main weaknesses, in particular food safety supervision and accountability are not in place the administrative responsibility of the main cause of food safety incidents have spread to some extent. At present, domestic responsibility for food safety in the study were mainly from the production and operation of civil compensation and the administration of food safety supervision and management system to start, and less involved in supervision of the administrative responsibility of the main study. Therefore, this article intends to start from the administrative responsibilities, combined with the foreign legislation and practice, analysis of China's food safety control of the main administrative responsibility.This paper argues that the current frequency of food safety incidents and food safety supervision and accountability are not in place of the main administrative responsibility are closely linked. In this paper, theoretical analysis, comparative study of methods such as the following four-part set.
