The Improvement Of Administrative Accountability In Food Security Regulatory

In recent years, many food safety incidents happened in China, they had brought a great threat to people’s lives and health. Food security is a very important part for the maintenance of social prosperity and development. Through researching on food security regulatory and administrative accountability, and combined with our current relevant laws and regulations, I propose some viewpoint on the application of this subject.In the first part, I will show its background. The purpose of this research is to solve the problems in food security regulatory system. Follow the first part, I will introduce the interpretation, and its process of origin, as well as its development status at home and abroad. And I will introduce the interpretation of food security. I will summarize the requirements of food security regulatory, and show that the application is very necessary. And I will introduce its development process in our country, and its application status, as well as the value in supervising and restricting the administrative action of the administrative subjects. And then, I will focuses on the application of this system in food safety regulatory status quo, the deficiencies that exist in the regulatory. I will introduce the advanced experience of foreign countries, and give a deep level analysis of the reasons for the existence of many problems.Through the above discussion, I made some simple recommendations on the application status in China’s food security regulatory, in order to improve the current status. And I hope that it will affect the reality.
