The Research On The Methods Of Cultivating The Contemporary Military Academy Cadets' Core Values

Military academy is the source of the growth of our military cadres and personnel training bases. To strengthen the core values training of the cadets is good for helping students consolidate their revolutionary ideals and beliefs, cultivate high moral character, foster good military quality, and establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values firmly.This paper takes series of Hu Jintao's speech as a guide, which on the cultivation of core values of the contemporary revolutionary soldiers, on the basis of analysis of personality characteristics of cadets in the study and learning, and with the actual personnel training of military academy. In order to do a good job armed with the theory, lay a strong foundation and grasp the right direction as the main principle, try best to play academy, army, social and the family which called "four in one" educational function. It focus on the implementation of classroom teaching, creation of campus atmosphere, inspiration of advanced models, the practice of military and local, the guiding of public opinion, and the implementation of organization protection. It also summarize some feasible approaches to cultivate the core values of contemporary cadets through the investigation of the current status of the cadets values. The study will provide the reference and guidance to help establish the contemporary military cadets core values.
