An Analysis And Thought About The Problem Of Chinese Military Cadets

The psychology and behavior of military cadets were influenced directly by their values, and the cultivating and educating on values for military cadets is deeply relative with their healthy growth and with the future of the country and military. Therefore, it is especially significant to research the current values of the Chinese military cadets. This thesis analyzes the content, structure, current situation, problems and factors of the values of military cadets with literature, theoretic analysis and experience summarization, presents the measures for strengthening the education on values of Chinese military cadets with positive function on actually implementing values of military cadets, improving the teaching quality of military colleges and promoting the advancing of other works of military colleges as well as outstanding value on enriching the education theoretic research of military colleges.The characteristics of Chinese military cadets' values are developing from single to multiple directions and become self-advocating, ambivalent, unstable and mundane. About the problems on values of military cadets, the thesis analyzes from 5 aspects: values on life, morality, occupation, soldier and knowledge. And the cause of formation their values mainly compose of subjective and objective factors, subjective factors mainly include military cadets themselves and psychological factors; objective factors include society, college education and family education etc.To strengthen the education on values of Chinese military cadets, first, enrich the ways and modes of education on values for military cadets; second, optimize the contents of values education; third, improve the quality of teachers for values education; fourth, focus on the methodology of values education; fifth, effectively lead the military cadets to self-education.
