The Study Of Cultivating Model And Policies For The Undergraduate Cadets

Military institutional education is the cradle for cultivating fully developed morally, intellectually, militarily and physically new military talented person, it has become the core and key in facing the Revolution in Military Affairs(RMA) of the world. If the new military talented person have the good comprehensive quality, compound knowledge structure, synthesizing capacity, innovation spirit and innovation ability, they can meet the modernization of national defense construction need.As the rapid development of RMA, the army construction and the future war needs tremendous and profound changes for military talent development. The cultivating of the undergraduate cadets is an important part of the cultivating of the new and high quality military talent person. This thesis selects "The Study of Cultivating Model and Policies for the Undergraduate Cadets" as its topic. It is concerned with the cultivating model of the undergraduate cadets, especially of the "Integrated Undergraduate Education plus Pre-Service Training(IUEPST)" and engineering cadets, so as to find problems, and give corresponding policies.Firstly, the thesis systematically analyses the internal and overseas research actuality of the cultivating of the junior commanding and engineering officer, combining with the need of cultivating the new and high quality military talent person, the thesis respectively and qualitatively points out the currently existing problems and disadvantages of those two cultivating type.Secondly, By using questionnaire, the thesis analyses and discusses the knowledge, capacity and quality on which those cadets should be outstanding. Moreover, the thesis evaluates comprehensive quality of the cadets, which are based on two-class fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods.At last, the thesis shows the policies for the cultivating of the IUEPST and engineering undergraduate cadets, which are based on the discussion above, and also on the principle, content and characteristic of the cultivating optimization of our military institutional undergraduate cadets.The conclusion of the thesis has the vital significance on the cultivating of the undergraduate cadets, especially the IUEPST and engineering undergraduate cadets of our military institution.
