The Research On Legal Problems Of Service Trade Barriers Between China And Kazakhstan

Development of services trade is related to people's livelihood of a country, opening up in services industry involves balance of international income and expense, the national sovereignty and security. Therefore, the countries have a high degree of protection in services industry, and creating service trade barriers, which is contrary to the liberal trend of services trade.Following the liberal trend of services trade, China and Kazakhstan increasingly open their services industry, the cooperation of services trade has also made remarkable achievements, which have contributed to the economic development of the two countries. However, China and Kazakhstan have taken a number of restrictive measures in services trade, affecting the cooperation of services trade between the two countries. Therefore, the gradual elimination of services trade barriers is imperative.Under the premise of theoretically researching service trade barriers, combining service trade cooperative actuality between China and Kazakhstan, selecting banking, insurance, labor, professional services and so on ,this paper adopts combining theory with practice, comparative analysis, generalization ,summary and other methods to study the protective measures in services trade between the two countries, in order to find out some problems from the legal regulation of the services trade barriers ,and then proposes the legal measures about the liberalization of services trade so that the two countries can carry out cooperation of services trade better and achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation.
