Study Of Social Security About Peasant Workers Based On The Theory Of Humanistic Care

Peasant workers are historical circumstances appearing during the period of our society changing from Agricultural Society to Modern Industrial Society. On this historical process, peasant workers payed a lot and made great contribution. However, this group did not acquire the attention of our country, the ratification of our society and the respect of our citicen, but expeirenced unjust treatment. Peasants leave rural area move into city, transform from agricultural to non-agricultural industries, which is one of the most significant way of rural surplus labour transfer, and the way to improve peasants income level, to shorten the income gap between urban and rural areas, to promote coordinated development of urban and rural areas, and the inevitable process of China urbanlization as well as transformation of industrial structure. Peasant workers realized their self-value and created splendid civilization as well. Equality is the footstone of construction of harmonious society, harmonious society must safeguard the justice in society, correctly reflect and consider the interests of different people. As a important group in China, peasant workers undertake dangerous and tough work, but their social security was ignored, lack of protection of the legal rights. It bring out a series social problems, namely problems of migrant workers.Social security problem is the key of solving problems of migrant workers, and the problems of migrant workers is the main component of the peasant issue of "San Nong" problem. Thus, solving the problems involved in peasant worker's social security has significant meanning.Based on the theory of humanistic care, from the view focus on four factors: considering the living condition of peasant workers, respecting the value of peasant workers, protecting the right of peasant workers, regarding the development of peasant workers, this paper will argue that the concept must be changed, including reform the social security system in the combination of pratical situation of the peasant workers, oppose to the policy of using the same template in everywhere. This paper states the current situation of peasant workers and analyzes the reason of short of social security system, and claims that conducting national humanistic initiation, advocating humanistic spirit of the society, forming rational spirit of justice, creating a social atomsphere enriching humanistic care, guiding people paying attention on the living condition of peasant workers, this is the need of sustainable development of our country and the foudation of sovling the social security problem of peasant workers.
