The Social Security And Comprehensive Management For The Region With Rapid Development Of Social Economy

Social security is not only a social problem,but also a political problem.lt establishes and maintains better social order that the comprehensive maintenance of public security, and it is a basic principle of maintaining social stability.Also,it is a fundamental way to solve out the problem of the social security. More over,it is the important component of construct the socialism with Chinese characteristics.The social security and comprehensive management has four meanings these are as follows:Firstly, it is unified leadership by party committee and government, and fully displays the backbone function of the politics and law department, especially the Public security organs.Secondly, it organizes and depends upon every department, every unit and the strength of people.Thirdly,it used together with political, economical, administrative, legal, cultural, educational and other means.Fourthly,it is a systematic engineering that fundamentally realizes preventing and controling crimes,and resolves unstable elements,and maintains a sustained and stable social security.The better the sutuation is,more work should be taken to control,for example,enhance the strategic,predictability, and initiative.Nowadays,we are both in the important strategic opportunities of the economic and social development, and the highlight contradictions among the people, high crime, and complicated struggle against the enemy periods.We face the high pressure, more difficulties and complicated task situation.We should strengthen the further awareness of economic development services, and find out the integrated point of the economic development and comprehensive management of social security. The comprehensive management of social order is put truly on the top of the agenda, and taken as a primary responsibility to implement the key task. We should mobilize the forces and make concerted efforts to promote it.This paper takes as an example for the practice of Ordos social security and comprehensive management.Moreover, this paper discussed the basic idea of the social comprehensive management and social order and fundamental measures for the region with rapid development of social economy, after summarizing and thinking for Ordos experience of social security and comprehensive management.
