On Improving Urban Housing Demolition And Relocation System

The enforcement is the last segment in the removal of urban houses, which directly faces the citizen's basic property and personal rights. It's very common that house removal is enforced illegally. The first reason would be the low level of legislation on removal of urban houses. The second would be the unreasonable procedure of the enforcement. In addition, that the government respects the relative person's rights and that people's idea of administration according to law is weak are also the reasons. Citizen's basic property and personal rights are under the great threats from the house developer and government. Reasons are analyzed and suggestions on how to improve the enforcement system are carried out in this paper. ie. first, the implementation of the enforcement must be for the purpose of public interest; secondly, the implementation of the enforcement must have procedural regulations; thirdly, adequate compensation must be given before the enforcement of the removal of urban houses.
