The level of women's participation in politics, which reflects the level of the participation of women and social development directly. In recent years, as China's reform and opening up, the establishment of village autonomy, and the development of new rural construction, the political status of rural women increasingly is apparent, and the status of their participation in politics affects the process of democratization in China and the construction of the harmonious society. The Village Committee is the grassroots organizations in China, so it is an important way to know the situation of the women's participation in village by analyzing how to take part in the rural management. At present, with the enhanced gender consciousness of government, government made a serious of policy ensure the level of women's participation in politics in countryside which provides the favorable environment for increasing the proportion and quality of rural women's participation in politics in a certain extent. On the whole, the number of rural women's participation in politics and the quality of women's participation in politics in countryside are not ideal compared with the other country in the world. And it reflects whether the public policy supports is the significant factor to influence the condition of.rural women in politics. And the women league, especially the rural women league is the main aspect to increase the proportion of women's participation in politics. The last part is the internal reason from the rural women to affect the condition of rural women's participation in politics. That are, their awareness of political participation, their level of economy, and the level of their education, which is the available way to determine the level of women's participation in politics.
