International Protection Of Feminist Rights

While China's economic develops rapidly, people's living standards improve as well. To pursue a higher level life is everyone's purpose. That reflects progresses of our society. At the same time, women, the weaker in men's eyes, prove that they can do better than men.We can't denied the fact that the protection of women in China has been developed rapidly in recent years. But that's only rights exist in the book. the words:prostitution, domestic violence, abandoned children, equal pay, maternity leave, gender equality and so on are real fact of women's life. Vivid example has already begun to show us that women's rights are no longer a country's internal matters, in fact, it had something to do with a country's economic, cultural, political and social problems. But we have a bottom line, this moral standard does not allow any person, any country, any people to trample on.Referring to the research method, I would thank my mentor, Mr. Lee, thanks to his direct of my papers, many scholars in the areas pay more attention on theoretical analysis, and pay less attention in the real life. However, it is difficult for people to understand. I think that we should use a simple way to make everybody knew this universal issues.I believe that any rights should reflect in a specific living environment, especially the harsh environment. The reason I pay more attention on the analysis of deformed family, education, work, politics is to attract more and more people's attention. Let the world know women well, let the world knew women's rights well. The body of the paper is divided into four parts:the first part mainly said that women had less or no rights no matter where she was, and then put forwards the concept--International Women's Human Rights; the second part of it mainly said that the weakness existed in the making of the international law and the protection mechanisms. third part of the paper tells out the unfairness of women in the family, education, work, and the political arena, This causes the thinking of international law; the last part gives us some ways to resolve the problems.
