| China has made remarkable brilliant achievements with its economic development in the 21st century, and it also increasingly reflects the superiority of its socialist system. With its domestic political stability and cultural prosperity, China's international status and international influence is also growing. SCO, APEC, G20 and so on, China's participation is in almost all areas of international cooperation and development. However, we can hear some negative or untrue statements from time to time, such as the "China threat theory" and "Crash of China,", and from time to time some people with the ulterior motives use the Taiwan issue, Tibet issue to constrain China and obstruct China's development.How to change these false statements, and create a good atmosphere for our harmonious society and harmonious world of common ground concept? The answer is to enhance our soft power.In this time of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, in Europe, Chinese overseas also become involved. In fact, since the founding of the People's Republic, especially during the reform and opening up so far, it occurred in every major domestic and international events related to China that Chinese overseas are involved and the voice of the Chinese media in the western countries'can be heard.This paper attempts to observe and discuss the Chinese community, Chinese education and Chinese-language media which are the major parts in the Chinese community in the western Europe, and check how they carry forward the Chinese traditional culture, show off the results of China's reform and opening up and improve China's national image in a series of significant moments of interests related to their motherland. More importantly, through Chinese language education, organization of Chinese Associations and development of Chinese media, they means to reserve the basic details and the essence of the Chinese nation and show the nation's virtues through their everyday words and deeds, so as to enhance China's soft power.
