Guizhou province is an impoverished place in southwest China where its west region is exceedingly underdeveloped and suffered from poverty. Meanwhile, Guizhou is a big province of labor export. Large numbers of rural youths are going big cities to work to make living and earn more money to construct their home. To some extent, increasing incomes brought out some problems that the elderly and children are abandoned in the country. It is undeniable that effective force to go out,breaks the balance of family structure,makes other families left behind in the countryside. Especially the consideration and education of left-behind children becomes an important problem in rural social development. Due to lack of affection from the family in daily life and learning,the left-behinds are currently confronted with many problems concerning their healthy growth.Based on the investigation,this thesis is to examine the political education,family status, psychological health,living environment, their own ideological and moral status of left-behind children in rural primary schools and secondary schools in Guizhou. Combining with the existing problems of majority of the rural left-behind children in their moral education of primary and secondary schools,this thesis is more in-depth analyzing the influence on rural left-behind children’s healthy growth according to various factors such as family,school and society, and finding the origins of left-behind children and current policy and policy of the left-behind children of the implementation. Including the objectivity of the left-behind children problem, their survival, the potential risk to the education and development, the lack of relevant laws and regulations on left-behind children and so on. To solve these problems,this thesis is trying to summarize the experience of ideological and political education of rural left-behind children, and to put forward the left-behind children healthy growth strategy base on the empirical research, to change the current situation and to find a way to let the rural left-behind children grow healthily as well.
