As the service-oriented government being put into practice, civil servants'behaviour performance, especially their initiative is required on a higher degree. However, positivity and initiative of civil servants in our country is not high enough, especially low when they are facing the services beyond responsibilities. For this reason, scholars in our country have done a lot of research, trying, from the organizing system and the practice of civil servant management, to find out the key elements influencing civil servants'internal behaviour and external behaviour. Nevertheless, China being a relationship-oriented society, the relationship quality of civil servants and their charges has a larger influence on civil servants.Using the theory of"leader-member exchange, LMX,"this article tries to analyse the influencing mechanism of perceived supervisory support on civil servants'behaviour performance. Firstly, based on the researches by former people, this article will reorganize the concepts such as perceived supervisory and civil servants'behaviour performance, and combining our country's real situation, bring forward some relating hypotheses and researching outline. Secondly, this article will get some practical data by the method of questionnaire surveys, and use relating analyses and multiple regression analysis to analyse data. Based on data analysis, the article will discuss the influencing element of perceived supervisory support on civil servants'behaviour performance, and bring up advices on enforcing civil servants'behaviour performance. The study discovers that perceived supervisory support has prominent positive influence on both civil servants'internal and external behaviours, while perceived supervisory support has greater influence on civil servants'external behaviour.The research result of this article provides the enhancement of civil servants'behaviour performance with theory evidences and demonstrations. Under the condition of economic restructuring in China, enhancing civil servants'behaviour performance by improving the relationship between civil servants and their superiors is a certain choice.
