Comparative Study On The Company System Law Between China And Russia

The development of one country's economy has to be some economic entities to carry, and the company is important role which can not be neglected. Russian Federation is the transition country of the last century 90's from a planned economy to market economy, the process of restructuring the economic system on company law made the corresponding adjustment of the New Company operation, and promoting the further development of the Russian economy to a large extent on improving the people's living standards, strengthen national cohesion and national competitiveness, which has made people much greater trust and support. The Russian Federation Company Law bold drew the strengths of European countries, company law, drawing on the essence of company laws from the England-American countries, and makes its company law to walk in the forefront of the times.The China has similar economic transition as Russian Federation, and the Russian Federation in the change has an important reference. Therefore, this paper through the use of literature review and comparative analysis, from the analysis of the legislative companies laws with Chinese and Russian, and further make improvement of our recommendations.
