Study On The Nomads Settling Down Of Xinjiang Since The Reforming And Open-up

Kazak, the Mongols, Kirgiz, Tajik are traditional nomadic people of Xinjiang. In long-term moving about in search of pasture, they have formed the traditional production lifestyle. However, along with the development of society and the harsh natural environment, as well as the frangibility of nomadic economy. For traditional nomadic production lifestyle, it is already difficult to meet the need of the society and economic sustainable growth. It is inevitable that the nomads chose the lifestyle of settling down and it is important realizing paths of modernization. The settling down of Xinjiang nomads is a gradual process guided by the national policy. The settling down process has been shown to be an important measure that greatly help the development of Xinjiang national minorities, the realization of the national equality, and the demonstration of the advantages of our national district autonomy policy. This paper intends to conceive a standpoint of how to settling down the nomads in the process of the new rural construction, by analyzing and deliberating the CCP's nomad settling down policy, the present conditions, the subsequent changes and questions, as well as the counter-plans of settling down.This paper focus on the nomads setting down development, present condition, questions and Countermeasures. This study review the development, and practice of the CCP's nomad settling down policy. This paper makes use of multiple subjects, for example, ethnology, national policy theory, national culture,and national economics etc. This paper aims to the nomads setting down of Xinjiang. On the one hand, focus on exerting the leading role and practical function of CCP's nomad settling down policies in the process of settling down by treating the Xinjiang nomad's settling down as the main studying object and from the main contents of present condition,the subsequent changes.
