The Discussion On Administrative Examining System Reform In The Local Government Of Xinjiang

Administrative examination and approval is a kind of means that the government regulates, manages and serves to social public affairs.An effective government has the administrative examination and approval system in order to promote economic and social development, but it must be carrying on the reform constantly according to the needs of society. Administrative examination and approval system in China originates from planned economy, has played an active role in regulating the market and managing society. However, with the establishment and completion in socialist market economic system, our government examination and approval system has revealed some drawbacks, has limited the free competition of the main body of market to a certain extent, is unfavorable to the rational disposition of social resources, has increased administrative cost and caused the corruption. Therefore, my country from the central and local governments at all levels has held many rounds administrative examination and approval system reform since 2001. Xin Jiang Government has also conducted a sweeping reform immediately after the national reform,the reform has achieved some results, but there are still many problems. This paper systematically analyzes the current situation in Xin Jiang administrative approval system reform, directs against the existing problem, has put forward the method and thinking of deepening reform of Xin Jiang administrative examination and approval system on the base of drawing successful practices at home and abroad.
