A Research On University Inner-party Supervision Issues And Countermeasures

As a Marxism political part,Chinese Communist Party has been paying highly attention to the work of inner-party supervision. The work has been continuous deepening ,the institutional system has been continuous improving, practice supervision has been continue to making historic progress and breakthroughs especially since the reform and opening up days , for which play an irreplaceable role in preventing the disintegration on right and in steadying the leading position of the party. As the major field of education research, institutional mechanisms for the functions of universities have its comparative specificities, and inner-party supervision also has its special role in the development of institutions in university. At present, because of the weak sense of public oversight, imperfect supervision mechanism, bad implementing on monitoring system and accountability in responsibility ,all of those which leading to so many issues exist in the work of university inner-party supervision ,such as poor works done by the common party members, ineffective role played by the basic level organizations, weakening of discipline inspection and supervision at the same level departments, superior monitoring is not in place and difficult to implement on the leader supervision. The article will follow The Rules of Inner-party Supervision, grasp the distinctive characteristics and focal points of the work, integrate the practical work in universities, by using the methods of theoretical,experimental investigation and case study to probe,strength and improve the effective strategies and measures of inner-party supervision work.
