Urban Management And Law Enforcement Integrated Investigation And Strategies Of Huimin District Of Hohhot

In this paper, by the domestic legal experts and practitioners in the field of administrative law enforcement investigated, the results shows that urban management and law enforcement integrated is the existing field of administrative law enforcement that is an important measure of reform through analysis the theory of urban management and law enforcement integrated, then carries out this investigation of Huimin District of Hohhot. The measure build up a new model of administrative law enforcement in order to improve urban management and build long-term mechanism of urban management. The law over the principles of the system and lack of interoperability as this system is still at an exploratory stage to run, so there are many theoretical confusion and practical obstacles of urban management and law enforcement integrated, which are mainly include main legal status of law enforcement integrated unclear, definition of law enforcement powers fuzzed, law enforcement idea hysteresis and a single way of law enforcement. In response to these problems, the author research on how to improve urban management and law enforcement integrated, from examination and approval to perfect. Learning the advance idea of urban management in order to improve our method and change the ways of law enforcement and have made the appropriate comments and suggestions.
