Ways To Improve The Proportion Of Rural Women's Political Participation

The level of women's political participation is the important symbol of measuring political progress and political democratization. According to the situation of our socialist political civilization and villagers'autonomy, improving the proportion of women political participating has an important significance, which can promote the democracy at the grassroots level and political development and accelerate the construction of new socialist countryside. Based on the Shanxi eighth villager committee general election as the background, we deeply investigate and research improving the proportion of women participation in the villager committee general election of Xiao-dian District in Taiyuan city; we also analyzed and summarized in order to obtain certain common significant guide experience.This article introduction mainly introduces the origin and development of research, analytical thinking and research methods at home and abroad. The first chapter mainly introduced some specific ways of improving the proportion of women political participating of Xiao-dian District in Taiyuan city. First is the policy formulation, which includes the women's federation active striving and government policy support. Second is the policy implementation, which includes government organization and leadership, the women's federation's instruction supervision and social organizations powerful promotion, then emphatically introduced the typical methods of policy implementation. Third is to analyze the effect of policy implementation. Through the efforts in every respect, the proportion of women's political participation has been improved after the election, and the consciousness of women political participation has also significantly been enhanced. The second chapter has made a pathway analysis on the methods of improving the proportion of rural women's political participation, which is how to achieve the analysis of improving the proportion of rural women's political participation. It can mainly divide into two aspects, one is to analyze advantages and shortcomings of five typical methods so that we can draw a conclusion that policy implementation insisting on the combination of macro-guidance and local condition can be more effective. The other one is to deeply analyze the problem of integral methods in Xiao-dian District so that we can lay an important foundation for putting forward some effective suggestions. The third chapter of article is suggestions. According to preceding research and analysis, we point out that it should make efforts to improve the proportion of rural women's political participation in the future. That is to further improve rural women's personal level, and create a good external environment and so on.
