South-North Water Transfer Project is to alleviate the acute shortage of water resources in northern China, optimize the allocation of water resources. There are a number of reservoir resettlement compensation policies now. Weiying village has a certain understanding of the compensation policy as a pilot immigration in Danjiangkou reservoir area ,but even in the existing national compensation policy incentives, there is also about 47.222 % of the households do not want to move, a kind of involuntary migration, which requires the State to increase compensation for efforts to make this part of the immigrants into voluntary migration. So how do we increase the intensity of compensation? This requires us to explore the dynamic mechanism of migrants to migrate. This study obtained the data such as their households basic information, property status, understanding of the national reservoir resettlement compensation policy and satisfaction in the form of the questionnaire through face to face talk, and then divided the data into economic factors, social factors and other statistical variables, then carry out correlation analysis of these factors and migration will to find the factors in order to establish the dynamic mechanism of migrants to migrate. In chapter one, this paper states the backgrounds and the research topics of this study. refers the goal and importance of this studyIn chapter two, by reviewing the related literatures mainly from the connotation of reservoir resettlement, immigration dynamic mechanism of migration and immigration policy, it points out the limits of those researches and explains the fundamental conception. In chapter three, the main research method is described. It introduces some of the major ideas of the present study and model-building approach, the datum and the way which this paper used for building the model are explained. And also the study hypotheses are raised. The fourth chapter will use correlation analysis to analyze the economic factors, social factors and other statistical variables with the relocation will, so as to arrive in that the proportion of the primary industry income in the total annual household income, age, the political landscape as well as the number of the household are closely related to the migration will. In addition, the questionnaire there are still subjective perception of migration will, which can largely complement the factors, thus we can establish a dynamic mechanism model of reservoir resettlement migration. The fifth part is the ecological compensation proposals. Reservoir resettlement ecological compensation, which is not only the physical loss compensation, but also the contribution that in the protection of the environment in the reservoir area, is not just the reality compensation, it should also include the history and future compensation. At the last chapter, the conclusions and the prospect of this study are raised. In this part we summarize the content of this study and put forward the shortcomings of the study.
