This article pointed out specially that the advanced age old cadre service management question is the socialized question which the advanced age senior citizen altogether has, the socialized question should be solved by the socialized way, therefore, the advanced age old cadre service management to care for the aged the service by the government, the unit retirement, the family retirement service should be gradually transformated to the socialized retirement way.
