The cadre who is a valuable asset of the party and the country has made the indelible historical meritorious service for the new China's establishment and the modernization. Party and government have always attached great importance to work for the veteran, has repeatedly warned the party and the people must do work for the veteran. Retired veteran cadres after their last years of life, must arrange the attendance well.Their basic political status remains unchanged, living conditions but also a bit of merit, and pay attention to play their role well. Since the early 80s of last century, the establishment of the cadres retirement system, all levels of party committees and departments for our cadres have been studying ways and means of cadres work, conscientiously implementing all policies and treatment of veteran cadres, political respect for veteran cadres, cadres ideologically concerned about, the daily life to take care of veteran cadres.The work for cadres have achieved remarkable results.With its entirety into the veteran stage and the high incidence period (Hereinafter referred to as "double peak time")for the cadres whole, and with China's political and economic reform accelerated, especially state-owned enterprise reform, medical system reform, wage reform and the reform of housing system, which related to the volume of the cadres, many new situations and new problems to the works about cadres have been presented. How to do the work of the new situation and the new era cadres, to further deepen the "double peak time" cadres service management, implement the Party and state policies on the treatment of cadres, so that cadres dignity,health and longevity, are the facing important and urgent issues of the work about cadres.This article is mainly use of qualitative and the quantitative analysis unifies and so on method using the real diagnosis investigation and study, pays great attention to the real diagnosis investigation and study method. To serve the existence questions in view of the advanced age old cadre psychology physiology characteristic and the advanced age old cadre service management problematic, from strengthens the ideological recognition, the development advanced age old-age care, the innovation old cadre serves the supervisory work method, enhances the old cadre to work aspects,troop quality ability construction and so on, the multi-angles of countermeasure and the suggestion are proposed to deepen the service to the supervisory work on the old cadre. This article pointed out specially that the advanced age old cadre service management question is the socialized question which the advanced age senior citizen altogether has, the socialized question should be solved by the socialized way, therefore, the advanced age old cadre service management to care for the aged the service by the government, the unit retirement, the family retirement service should be gradually transformated to the socialized retirement way.
