The transfer of military retired cadres to the government for resettlement management is a major strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee,the State Council and the Central Military Commission,and is an inevitable requirement for serving the military to achieve the new and old alternation,and also an important measure to support the national defense and the construction of the military.In recent years,the number of military retired cadres transferred to local authorities for resettlement has increased year by year.On the basis of persisting in the implementation of the "two treatments" of military retired cadres,all military service management organizations continue to intensify their work and innovate their working methods,so as to effectively guarantee military retired cadres to enjoy a happy life.However,with the increasing development speed of the socialist market economy,the process of national construction and social reform continues to advance.There are some new situations and problems in the service management of military retired cadres.The traditional service management mode can no longer meet the increasing spiritual and material cultural needs of military retired cadres,so there are more and more aspects that the original service management mode does not adapt to the actual needs.The problems of unbalanced service supply,single means of service management and low level of social service are becoming more and more prominent.Through the reasonable use of case analysis,literature analysis,questionnaire survey and other methods,this dissertation analyzes the situation of service management of military retired cadres.It takes the military off service management organization as the research object,combined with the actual service work of military retired cadres,through collecting and analyzing the investigation data,summarizes the existing problems of the existing military leave service management organization and explores the reasons for its formation.Finally,based on the characteristics of military retired cadres in the new era,it puts forward some targeted and feasible suggestions on how to improve the service management level of military retired cadres and promote the reform of service management organization of military retired cadres.
