Research On The Live Quality Of The Office-bearer In Urumqi City

Objective:Based on a questionnaire survey of the quality of life(QOL)of the office-bearer in Urumqi city, the paper analyzed the effects of various indicators in every field to the QOL and put forward some reasonable suggestions, which provided some foundations for relevant departments to make a series of measures to improve the QOL of the office-bearer. Methods:The paper chose the Chinese Scale of world health organization QOL as the investigation tool and used a random way to sample survey. Then, with the help of Epidata, Excel and Spass software, the paper conducted data inputting and some statistical analysis, such as frequency description,the t-tests, analysis of variance. Results:Compared with the QOL of the common people, the QOL of the office-bearer in Urumqi is lower in physiology, psychology, society and environment field and there are 14 indicators of the comparative satisfaction of the QOL belonging to the physiology and psychology field, while 14 indicators of the comparative unsatisfaction of the QOL is the environment field. Finally, the paper studied some effects of the demology characteristics to the QOL of the office-bearer by using the t-tests, analysis of variance and the results showed that the differences between the gender, age, education, wage and living place have some degree effect on the QOL. Conclusion:In order to improve the QOL of the office-bearer in all round, we can take some effective measures like adjusting wage-assigning, increasing the salary, enhancing the social security system, improving the traffic conditions and the air quality and so on.
