The poor people was 237 and the control people was 261.In order to assess health of the unemployed, the unemployed team which is 103 was selected from the available questionaires. The change of health of the poor that is shown by the HT item is decreasing. With years of poor increasing, the scores except for RP are decreasing.2 Quality of life of the unemployedThe result of reliability and validity is all right. The scaling success rate on discriminant validity was over 85% except for RE scale, and the structure validity was almost the same as hypothesized except for SF, VT and GH.The impact factors on physical health were sickness, sex, medical cost, debt and culture. Debt was the impact factor on mental health. The score of the unemployed was higher than the poor group, But lower than the non - poor group.
