The Research Of Institution Socialization In Governace Perspective

In China, Shanghai is the first one to enter the city population aging.The tendency of old-aging population is becoming faster. The care of the elderly has become a problem of the whole society.However, with the elderly population increases and the weakening of the family pension features, more and more elderly people choose to go to old-age institutions began to spend their remaining years.Own to the intense contradiction of the requirement and lack of supply, Socialization of old-age care institutions may be the best way to solve the problem.The paper chooses Shanghai Minhang District as an object of study, because it has the characteristics of central city and suburban areas. By analysing of the process of socialization and the current situation of Minhang District's pension institutions, the article analyzes the business conditions and the difficulties of the institutions in Minhang District, through the field research and the data analysis. At the same time, by learning the experience of domestic and overseas pension institutions, in the vision of governance, the article made a series of measures and proposals on how to promote the socialization of pension institutions: defining the role of multi-governance clearly, socializing of pension institutions step by step, the institution socialization should be based on customer-oriented, as well as to create a fair and just society of competitive environment.
