With the quickening pace of human society coming into the information age, a fire-new military revolution is changing previous traditional battle modes completely."Snatching the information supremacy", as a fire-new mode of battle, has entered the historical arena. The form of war and the weapon system are all changed with the evolution of information war. In this situation, the paper will focus on how to construct national defense mobilization system scientifically, and how to deal with the contradictory that lies between maintaining less troops, picked troops in peacetime and send more troops, quick troops, picked troops. It also focuses on achieving the real-time, accurate, directional and rapid transformation from war potential to war strength, and organizing extensive, efficient and accurate defense mobilization in some medium-sized coastal cities. The paper starts from the concept of defense mobilization and the status of development of each country's defense mobilization. It thoroughly discusses the status of development of defense mobilization of the US army, Japanese army, and Zahal. It makes us realize the gap and learn from foreign military.
