The Analysis On The Necessity And Feasibility Of The Community Correction Spread In Medium-sized Cities

Community rectification is a new executive mode of penalty which has been developing since the Second World War. It has changed the exclusive of traditional penitentiary sentence, which takes full advantage of all kinds of society resources and put crimes into the open society environments to correct them. Community rectification is an expression of improvement on society civilization, which pays attention to the protection of criminal human rights and is propitious to criminal regression to the society. To the efficacy, it is proved that the community rectification can get some good social benefits. Therefore, countries all over the world have been innovating in the penal execution constantly, and formed a trend of "penal execution socialization" . Under these circumstances, community rectification has been taken more and more seriously by the world due to its effect, humanism and civilized manner to criminals. For example, a lot of western countries have had explicit laws on the community rectification and also there are more criminals who apply to the community rectification than the criminals who still stay in the prison. Penal execution socialization, community rectification, spreads in our country has become an issue that has been widely paid attention to.This paper try to analysis the influencing factors during the implementation of community rectification in medium-sized cities from the prisoner,community residents , as well as all aspects of society by means of questionnaire surveys and case interviews. Through the analysis on the investigate datum can get a basic conclusion on this research: the necessity and the feasibility of execution of the community rectification in medium-sized cities. Finally, according to the realistic situation, this paper gives the ways of solving the problem.
