With the rapid development of economica and society, globalization has brought ideological and political education opportunities as well as challenges. Traditional ideological and political education has exposed many problemes in the development process which has become a lifeline to play the role of the shackles. Ideological and political education is the education for the people,which should practice theoretical education, it can enhance the capacity of the Theory of practice and participation, and in-depth social and public lives.To realize the Ideological and political education, it is the the objective requirement of traditional ideological and political education theory to solve the rigid, dogmatic, solidification, and many other problems,and for the effectiveness of ideological and political education.It is also an effective way to modernization.There is important theoretical and practical significance to meeting point for the development of ideological and political education.The first part of this thesis is introduction, which introducing the research background, research status, theoretical and practical significance and the innovation proposed by this article.The second part of this thesis focusing on the meaning of practice and the Marxist conception of practice. Analyzing the relationship between Ideological and Political Education and practice, as well as the practicality of ideological and political education. Defining the practical character of Ideological and Political Education.The third part of this thesis sorting out the misunderstanding of traditional ideological and political education performance, in-depth analyzing its root. Analyzing the traditional limitations of the ideological and political education, showing the unrealistic error line of the traditional ideological and political education. Concluding the ideological and political education must come from theory to practical.By the guidance of Marxist Communication Theory, the fourth part of this thesis learning from the intersubjectivity theory of Western Philosophy, discussing interaction between the main ideological and political education and ideological and political education concepts.Using communication theory to bridge ideological and political education and the living world.Turning ideological and political education from boring to the powerful with equality, openness and interaction.The fifth part of the thesis put forward the ideological and political education is the practice of the living world. The living world is simply the result of ideological and political education to return to.By building the new ideological and political education model,it is the way to demonstrate the practice of ideological and political character of education, and solve the problem by how theory return to practice.
