With the aim of saving majority women, promoting social development, the government of the CCP ruling areas broke old traditions and made a series of laws and regulations which completely and systematically manifested the equality between male and female and women's liberation to which the CCP has been attaching importance. The laws about the equality between male and female involved in politics, marriage, economics and education. The enactment of the laws raised the status of the women and realized equality between male and female. They are of very important significance to arouse the passion of the people for revolution in an all round way.After the practice of the Soviet regime, Democratic Regime of Resistance against Japan and government of the liberated areas, the ideas and policies of the equality between male and female were carried out. In CCP ruling areas, the government and CCP paid homage to the harness of gambling, prostitution and opiophagy, which are known as the"three social evils", and formulate them as criminal cases in laws and forbid them .Thanks to the regulation of the laws, the social convention in CCP ruling areas was purified. Regarding to the large number of Social Vulnerable Groups, the government made a series of laws to protect the interests of them. By doing this, both the life and production of them were supported, and their faith in life and production were raised. They increasingly support CCP and their passion for liberation elevated. The society was stabilized and became harmonized.Due to the restrictions of the time and social development, the legislation about the social problems in the CCP ruling areas has many defects that couldn't be avoided. But, when CCP and the government set about to solve the problems, especially in the process of making laws to find resolutions to the problems, they gathered a lot of experiences and lessons which are great helpful to solve similar social problems. The experiences and lessons are as follows. About the legislation of social problems, the legislation system must fully understand the existing social problems and implement complete legislative protection. In the process of legislation, the legislation system must seriously regulate and the principle must be the same. The experiences and the skills from the ancient, nowadays and the domestic and overseas must be employed.
