Democratic politics is one of the important objectives of China's pursuit of political modernization, and an important aspect of political civilization construction promoted by the Communist Party positively and firmly. However, model of democratic politics in different countries all around the world should not be the same. Different political, economical, and cultural situations among countries determine the different manifestations of democracy in each of the countries, including composition of the subjects of democracy and operational framework of democratic politics, which is the model of democratic politics.The Communist Party proposed clearly that"people democracy is the life of socialism. To develop socialist democratic politics is our party's persistent goal."and promised solemnly that"develop socialist democratic politics unswervingly."in the report made on the 17th Congress of China's Communist Party. As a result,"democracy"became one of the principal words of the report, and with appearances of more than sixty times, it talks about development direction of reformation of political system in China. To understand the situation of our country of the model of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics is the prerequisite for studying and implementing the spirits of the 17th congress of China's communist party.China's model of democratic politics must root in the unique national conditions of China and to set a scientific view of development of democratic politics on the basis of national condition is the critical prerequisite to forward the advancement of China's reform on political system.
