To maximizing the combat effectiveness and minimizing the consumption of ammunition, we have to allocate targets efficiently in the shortest time in the future alpine mountain border war because of follow reasons: the type and the number of enemy targets is numerous, our artillery grouping is complex, and the war will breaks out abruptly and processes accelerated. However, the current hand operation way has great arbitrariness, its allocation results are unscientific and irrationally, which cannot achieve the optimal allocation and meet the needs of the future operations. Therefore, it is necessary to research about the alpine mountain artillery fire distribution, which will give full play to the backbone of the role of artillery fire, improve the combat capability of alpine mountain and achieve scientific forces fire coordination in the alpine mountain joint combat.This paper firstly analyzes the background, necessity and significance of the research topic, also, the state of domestic and foreign study of this topic is summarized. To provide a foundation for the research, the impact on artillery operations of alpine mountain environment is clarified and several basic characteristics of alpine mountain environment characteristics is studied, such as characteristics of combat operations , characteristics of the Indian army action, the basic combat operations of artillery and the basic requirements for the use of artillery in alpine mountain.This paper also establishes an alpine mountain artillery target value index system, which includes the tactical importance of targets, the threat level of targets, and the shooting favorability. The target appraisal value can be calculated as follows: utilizing the AHP method to calculate the subjective weight of each index, utilizing the combination of entropy coefficient to determine the integrated weight vector.By introducing shooting favorable value coefficient, shooting effectiveness calculation model is established; by describing the process of consumption of ammunition, consumption of ammunition calculation model is established. Based on the shooting effectiveness calculation model and the consumption of ammunition calculation model, the artillery fire allocation mathematical model is established. The NSGA-â…¡algorithm is used to solve the model, which including encoding establishment that combined with mathematical models and genetic operator designment. At the end, the research results are used to deal with a specific problem of fire distribution through an example and a conclusion is obtained which can be used in command and decision-making.This study not only fills the blank of research on the fire distribution of alpine mountain artillery but also has guiding significance for how to distribute scientifically the alpine mountain artillery.
