| Along with the development of informatization, integrative joint operations have become the mainstream in modern wars. Correspondingly, there is also an in-depth reform in the military logistics. As the requirements on mobility of the army and logistic supplies improve, the flow direction, quantity, as well as accuracy and timeliness are also subject to high requirements. At present, how to deliver the military Material to the combat units accurately, timely and efficiently has become an urgent and remarkable issue for modern military logistics. This thesis, studying on the guarantee for military Material distribution, will be of great theoretical and realistic importance.Guarantee for distribution is the source of"space value"and"time value"in the whole military logistic system. This thesis, considering the need of future defensive operations in Tibet, in the angle of system engineering, on the basis of theoretical and practical research on modern military logistics, discusses the importance, complexity and practicability of military Material logistics for army in Tibet, as well as the influence of internal and external factors at all-around and multiple levels. In the thesis, the author, addressing the different requirements on military Material logistics at normal and wartime, considering various situations and conditions, sets up varied site-selection and logistic network models, and provides related solutions. At last, the author proves the models based on two cases respectively at normal times and wartime of"Snowy Highland 09"military exercises , establishes logistic network models with the example of the military exercises, and concludes the successes of this study.The research result of this study, in line with the reality of army in Tibet, is a good reference to military logistics for future defensive operations and counterattack in Tibet, and will absolutely promote the sound and rapid development of the modernization of the military logistics for army in Tibet.
