The Research On The Model Construction Of Evaluation Of Political Officer Based On BP Neural Network

The construction of scientific and standard appraisal infrastructure for political officers in fundamental army organization is necessary, which has important and deep meaning to recruit talented army officers, stimulate the enthusiasm, activity and creativity of political officers in fundamental army organization, and help them erect the concept of scientific development and correct viewpoint of political achievements. In this paper, we mainly discuss the necessity and practicability of applying the theory of artificial neural network to appraisal of political officers in fundamental army organization. An appraisal model based on BP artificial neural network is presented in this paper to meet the development of political work. The method of constructing the criterion system for performance appraisal of political officers in fundamental army organization is also presented in this paper for creating the appraisal model. A database based on Microsoft Access is created to administrate samples of performance appraisal of political officers in fundamental army organization, which integrates efficient capabilities of adding, modifying, deleting and updating. The database can be effectively accessed by appraisal model. Based on artificial neural network model, performance appraisal system of political officers in fundamental army organization is design and implemented in matlab. The performance appraisal system can realize the training function of BP model, and utilize the trained artificial neural network to appraise other political officers in fundamental army organization, which automates and improves the efficiency the appraisal procedure. Cases are used to evaluate the performance, usability and validity of the performance appraisal system, which proves that artificial neural network is a reasonable and valid method for performance appraisal of political officers in fundamental army organization.
