Problems And Countermeasures Of Students' Awareness Of Their Rights In Henan Province

Students are involved in education, and incarnate the education value, After several years of study they will be out of school, to serve the community, The degree of awareness of their rights is important to safeguard their rights, promote the university law school, promote social democratic and build a harmonious society. With the right era, the college students'awareness of rights is increasing, to an unprecedented height. However, many problems still exist。To meet the needs of theoretical research and the development of the times, This paper analyzes the college students'awareness of rights and searches a number of workable measures to enhance the students'awareness of their rights.The college students of henna province are the main survey. This paper conducts a thorough, systematic investigation about the college students'awareness of their rights. This paper is divided into into three parts.The first part:an overview of students awareness of their rights; In this part firstly elaborates the concept of the right and other related concepts, the contents of the college students'rights, what is the concept of the college students'awareness of their rights, and notes the practical significance:it is the internal needs of students'self-development, it is the inevitable choice to achieve university law school and the democratization of education, it is also the objective requirement of the process of democracy and legal system in China.The second part:the major problems of Henan students'awareness of their rights and causes analysis; On the analysis of the questionnaire study, the analysis results show the current main problems of college students'awareness of the rights: lacking of clear knowledge of rights, the view of power is wrong seriously, lacking of firm law belief, the awareness of active exercise of rights is not strong, the awareness of protecting rights is weak. This part also studies various reasons to these problems, seeks their own factor from the traditional culture, social environment and colleges. The third part:the countermeasures to increase students'awareness of the right; Based on the analysis of the questionnaire, to increase the level of awareness of college students'rights, the author proposes her own number of premature sugesstions from the four angles:the national legal system, social advocacy, college itself, the students themselves, the writer hope through all these efforts can create a good atmosphere in the community to cultivate and raise the level of students'awareness of their rights.
