Non-Institutionalized Interest Demand Research Of China's Migrant Worker

Migrant workers are the main forces to promote economic development and social construction in the modernization process of China.In order to better protect their interests,the central and local legislature intensify efforts to formulate related laws,regulations and policies.However,their institutionalized interest demands often fail.So,they choose the non-institutionalized interest demands which extend influence, create public opinion pressure,activate related institution and acquire been infringed interest.In recent years,non-institutionalized interest demands of migrant workers present expanded,severe,destructive and collective trend which disrupt social order, affect democratize and law-based process and harm social stability. Therefore,it is favorable to promote the harmonious development of society of studying the non-institutionalize interest demands of migrant workers.The theoretical tools are social equity theory and modern social conflict theory of this paper which the methodological tools are case studies to research non-institutionalized interest demands of migrant workers.Firstly,the paper analyse features and influences of their three non-institutionalized interest demands of suicide,collective parade and violence authority.The features include collectivity of subject,interest of motivation,initiative of behavior,irrationality of mean and institution of consequence.The megative impact is greater than the positive impant. Secondly,the paper explain the reason of non-institutionalized interest demand including system design flaws,few local governmengs execution and the lack of effective social organizations to support. Thirdly,the paper innovative institutional environment,executive law environment and social organization environment of regulate non-institutionalized interest demand of migrant workers.The innovation points of this paper are features,reasons and strategies.Recently, there are no special documents to study non-institutionalized interest demands of migrant workers in china.So,the author's study fill the gap.
