| The innovation of inspiration mechanism over young military officers is, in the new era, a realistic issue in the construction of military ranks of cadres as well as an important subject in military management. Especially, with the knowledge military era coming and the deepening military revolution with Chinese characteristics, the young military officers'quality, capability and mental condition are directly connected to the generation of military power, the accomplishment of military construction aims and the result of future information warfare. Under these circumstances, it is of great significance to design new management inspiration mechanism for young military officers, which is suitable for the new era.Based on the current situation of Army incentives at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of China's armed forces, this study analyses the status of incentives for young officers in China from the aspects of the characteristics and needs of young officers, it also pointed out there exists issues in the incentives for young officers, in addition, it builds a youth officer incentive system and put forward the strategies and safeguards for its implementation.This paper focuses on the core issue of designing modern management inspiration mechanism for young military officers, and analyzes qualitatively and quantitatively, theoretically and practically. Firstly, the paper introduces the theoretical basis for the inspiration mechanism research, and summarizes the advantages of each inspiration theory. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing military management system as well as characteristics and needs of present young military officers, it finds out the problems in the existing inspiration mechanism, from what it makes clear the importance and necessity of improving the inspiration mechanism for young military officers. Then, based on the above analyses, the thesis puts forward four principles in inspiration mechanism construction for young military officers, and establishes creatively a basic structure model of inspiration mechanism. Lastly, it makes an evaluation on the inspiration mechanism with the help of questionnaire, data comparison, and level analytical methods. Then it analyzes the result by Yaahp, Expert Choice AHP, EXCEL and so on, and brings out some solutions.The researching method and conclusion of the thesis is of great importance in inspiration mechanism construction for young military officers, evaluating current inspiration mechanism, and improving management rationality and effectiveness. |
