Research On The Qualification Standards Of Military Officers Based On The Professionalization Of Military Officers

The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee decided to put forward a scientific and standardized system of military cadres gradually with the establishment of a professional officer system as the traction.The professionalization of military officers refers to a complete management system of the military officer system.Its purpose is to improve the military professional quality of officers.The requirement is to improve the snoring ability of the troops according to professional standards.The changes brought about by the professionalization of military officers to the management of our military officers are mainly manifested in the following aspects: a more distinct military rank,a more scientific service system,a clearer development path,and more stringent qualifications.At present,the Chinese military is facing a new round of reform of the organizational system,and it is of great significance to understand and anticipate the reform of the Chinese military in the coming period.Research on the qualifications of military officers can provide intellectual support for the reform and reform of the Chinese military's institutional mechanisms and organizational structure.Based on the theory of self-efficacy assessment,job performance self-evaluation,competency and job qualification system,this paper finds that the officer's self-efficacy and highest job performance in a post is 3?5 years,through the investigation of the best time of the officer's post.It provides a theoretical reference for the level definition and grading in the post qualification standards of military officers.Through reviewing relevant literature and competency research,the military competency index system was compiled,and the framework structure of military officers' qualification standards was constructed,which was mainly composed of two parts: the competency standard and the behavioral standard.After the construction of the qualification standard framework,the company's job qualification system management model is used to model the process of the qualifications of our military officers,including the preliminary preparation and development links.The main content,process,and considerations for each section were analyzed.Finally,this article takes a cadre of graduate students from a military academy as an example to explore the qualification standards for officers.The semi-structured interviews were mainly used to conduct research,and the behavior standards and competency standards of the graduate student team cadres were formulated.The application of the qualification standards for military officers was analyzed,which provided reference for the improvement of the professionalization system of officers.
