The primary task of grassroots security is to ensure the smooth going of important activities and the security of important figures,which plays an important role in safeguarding national stability and security.However,currently Chinese public security officers of the security forces meet with some problems,such as lacking professional sense of belonging,their thought are unstable and political attainment need to be enhancing.The resolutions of these issues are relevant to incentive mechanism,such as examination system,reward and punishment system,remuneration system,social security system and promotion system.I collect and sort data about the foreign incentive mechanism,then analysis them.Then pick out the advanced points and combined them with our nationals conditions,and put forward practical methods for Jiangsu province.In this process,according to guiding principle,adaptive principle,matching principle and timeliness principle,I proposed some methods,including creating atmosphere and establish a scientific system. |
