Research On Social Work Mediating The Contradictions Of Small Families In Rural Areas

Rural social work is an important part of the social work system with Chinese characteristics.It is a social service work carried out in rural areas by various social forces under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.At present,China's economy and society are in a profound period of transformation and transformation,with the emergence of more social problems.In the rural areas where the government management is weak and the "family power" which is used to maintain stability among the original small families is gradually disappearing,the impact of this transformation is particularly prominent,and the instability within the small relatives will eventually lead to the displacement of villages.Gradually disappear.Rural social work is committed to the purpose of preventing and solving various rural social problems,promoting rural social welfare,and promoting the overall and harmonious development of rural society.It has inherent advantages in mediating the contradictions between small families in rural areas.In this paper,the main body of study is social work to mediate the contradictions between small families in rural areas,combining with the actual situation,using case study method,case analysis method and interview method and other research methods.The case involved in this paper comes from the case of dispute settlement between Zhang A and Zhang B in Z community.In the case study,the author makes a deep analysis of the case of mediation as a social worker.In the case study,the author makes a deep analysis of the cases of mediation as a social worker that he personally experienced.In practical work,the safety valve system,a modern conflict theory,has been introduced,and a complete set of mediation process has been formulated.Using the theory of energy enhancement,the enthusiasm and subjective initiative of the members of the small relatives and the leaders of the villagers,such as Zhang Bo and Shunshu,to participate in the mediation work were mobilized.Through many interviews and consultations,the reconciliation between the case owners was finally reached,and the vitality of the small family was re-stimulated.And concluded that social work is mainly faced with three problems: social work can not be separated from administration,the shortcomings of original working skills and methods in thenew field,and the elimination of the "family power" function of the original rural small relatives.Pointed out that social workers should find their own orientation,actively adapt to the transformation of government functions,and cooperate with local governments and Villagers' leaders in order to better carry out their work.Finally,five suggestions are put forward to create a favorable environment for social work to mediate the contradictions between small families in rural areas,including legislating to ensure legitimacy,improving the system to ensure rationality,ensuring effectiveness through the construction of talent team,ensuring accessibility through publicity and popularization,and ensuring sustainability through stimulating the internal vitality of small relatives,in order to provide social work with a view to mediating the contradictions between small relatives.Some inspiration...
