Health promotion is the process to improve their health maintenance and improvement. The sport is a sport as a means of health promotion through schools, parents and all the members of their communities to work together, to provide students with a complete, positive experiences and knowledge structures (sports courses and non-sports programs), create secure sports environment, provide the appropriate physical health services to promote student health, and gradually form a scientific and healthy lifestyle sports, in order to lay a solid foundation to achieve lifelong physical process. Physical health promotion goal is to promote healthy state as the "lifetime sports" basis. Science and sports lifestyle is the core of the "lifetime sports", also the carriers of "lifetime sports", and school physical education and health promotion is the specific measures to promote a way of life science and sports, so the school Physical Education and Health is effective strategy to achieve "lifetime sports".As living standards improving and continuously upgrade the status of school physical education, mastery of skills and improvement the health is the final goal of the school physical education. But the lower primary students have fun, and good dynamic nature, most low-grade physical education teachers do not really understand the connotation of "Health First" in Shanghai. In order to avoid sports injuries and other accidents occurred, teachers only use a single physical education with the methods and teaching methods, failed to stimulate students to exercise good interest, and conducive to raising the level of student health. This paper is about junior status of physical education in primary schools of Shanghai, analyzing the health factors of the lower grade students, based on theory and practice, the combination of low-grade primary school in Shanghai on Physical Education and reference the qualified teaching case, for lower primary school physical education health promotion case design. The actual practice of physical education verifies the feasibility of case design for the lower primary reference for physical education.Through research of status of physical education about Shanghai primary school junior, following are results:1 in the physical education, unit and lessons are the most operational aspects of all part, and we only have a good grasp of these two aspects of instructional design operations, we can effectively implement the guiding principles of physical education and educational goals, improve their health.2 cases of design starts from the theory and practice, the structure of unit design should include guiding, teaching objectives, materials analysis, learner analysis, arrangement and organization of teaching methods of class; lessons designed structure should include guiding learner analysis, materials analysis, teaching objectives, teaching methods and teaching process organization.3 the instruction of Physical Education is not to emphasize the promotion of student health, grasp the laws of physical education teaching and the student age, sex, sports, learning at different levels based on organization and implementation of physical education, but also pay attention to the systematic and convergence of materials.4 Materials for the design of teaching materials are from their own intellectual and technical, the potential of health promotion materials mining function of the material imparting knowledge and skills to master, physical health, mental health, social adaptation of five aspects of health for specific analysis and design.5 summarize the successful experience of curriculum reform, learning from the students'feeling of physical and mental characteristics and social adjustment; on the physical basis of the students we facilitate a better understanding of the situation of students, target for instructional design and teaching arrangements.6 teaching objectives should be designed in the "Curriculum Standards" under the command of the aims of education, combined with material analysis, from imparting knowledge and mastering skills, physical health, mental health, health of five aspects work on social adaptation specific design so that teaching objectives more round development of student health needs.7 organizational design of the teaching method of teaching objectives for the organization to take appropriate teaching, effective in promoting student health level of the whole.8 preliminary practices shows that cases with the purpose of promoting students'health and comprehensively improving the level of physical education have strong operability, consistent curriculum standards, which also help students learn sports knowledge, conducive to mastery of motor skills, effectively improve Students means of health.
