School sports is the foundation of national sports, physical education is an important part of the school sports, it plays an important part in promoting student's health and enhancing student's physique。At present, in the background of curriculum reform,the reform of the physical education which basic concept is "health first " were in full swing,in this period, the study of the reform of school sports programme also relatively more active, after review the research,writer finds that, although these studies has been directed at the primary and secondary school policies and regulations, athletics, the sports teacher's teaching and learning has done a lot of descriptions and analysis and has set a theoretical basis for improving the health of primary and secondary school students, but the practical aspects of the research is still short, it is difficult to form a system, design in the teaching of the case is not prominent "health" of the theme and have not been formed a practicalness operation results.In order to adapt to the demand of the social progress and human development, Shanghai has always pay more attention to physical education and active physical education teaching in the context of curriculum reform, in 1998, Shanghai proceed the second phase of curriculum reform and Established the " Shanghai Physical Education and Health curriculum standard, ". As the instruction of shanghai middle and primary school sport education, though it has definited the the "health first" guiding ideology of the physical education, and put forward the study field goal of every grade, but,in the main, it still remain on the macroscopic level,it is devoid of be empty of the practicalness objective, contents and methods and channels on improving the standard of the students'health in the physical education of middle and primary school.Against the present situation, this study has confirmed the key material of all grades of Shanghai high school and researched and analyzed it by literature, expert interviews, case design. Shanghai high school sports teaching starts from the unit and distributed into class ultimately so writer major in the unit and the class planned design of these materials, and arrange them in selected schools for teaching practice and shoot the teaching video and then collect the views of the teachers and experts,and finally make it into teaching video information, to providing a reference for high school sporting teaching of the city.Results of this study:First, units and lessons teaching is the most operational areas in all sectors of the Physical education, in order to effectively implement the guiding principles of physical education and educational goals, improve their health, important unit and core lesson plans should be designed on the case.Second, From the actual situation in Shanghai high schools, structure of the Unite teaching case should include the following elements:guiding, materials analysis, learner analysis, teaching objectives,teaching methods, structure of the class teaching case should include the following elements:guiding, materials analysis, learner analysis, teaching objectives, teaching methods and teaching process organization arrangements.Third, we must focus on "health first" guiding principle when we design the Case guidelines and consider four aspects:country or place relevant policies and regulations, characteristics of high school students in physical and mental development, physical education law, health promotion objectives.Forth, the design of case teaching objectives must be from this five aspects: sports cognitive, motor skills, physical health, mental health and social adaptation.Fifth, Materials analysis should also pay attention to sports points and the health promotion function of the materials except the analysis of motor skills and the characteristics of materials.Sixth, Students analysis should include three aspects:the situation of physical, physical basis, students granted mastery of the material for the first time.Seventh, the design of case organization must be based on teaching objectives. rich and rational organization teaching methods can activate students'interest, teaching organizations should be rich.Eighth, practice shows that the case is scientific and operational which designed focused on the guiding ideology of "Health First" and the teaching objectives of health promotion, teaching activities which follow these instruction files are good for goals'achieving.
