Health is the essence of life.The physical health of children and adolescents is the foundation of a strong nation.The physical health of primary and secondary school students has been valued by the state,society and families,as early as 2005,the state has formulated relevant policy documents to solve the problem of the decline in the physical health of children and adolescents.In 2020,the state issued a new Opinions on the issue of school physical sports,which put forward new requirements and new goals for school physical education.School physical education restricted by site,equipment,climate,environment and influence is an important reason for the decline of children and teenagers health level.In order to further guarantee pupils physical exercise time,provide better methods for school physical education teaching,way,so as to enhance the content of primary school physical education interesting,diversity,improve the physical quality of children and teenagers,in the process of research,using literature,questionnaire survey,expert interview,combined with the characteristics of physical and mental development and school field equipment,integrated aerobics,dance,music and simple and practical physical practice,the daily mineral water bottles and class seats as practice auxiliary equipment designed a new set of primary school indoor fitness physical class content.After about 4 months of teaching experiment,the conclusions are as follows:(1)After the experiment,the independent sample T test results showed that there were significant differences between one-minute rope skipping,one-minute sit-up,crane stand experiment and 30-second dumbbell flat lifting students of the experimental group and control group,so it is believed that indoor physical fitness class improved students ' physical education class.(2)Indoor fitness class can indirectly promote the development of students 'upper,core and lower limb strength,effectively improve the balance ability,physical flexibility level,enhance the sensitivity and coordination of the students and physical form,but the effect is not obvious.(3)The experiment proves that the combination of physical exercise and music can arouse students' interest and giving full play to students' conscious activity.Meanwhile,the combination of dance and physical exercises possess Innovative features,which can not only boost up the delight of indoor sports,but also improve the exercise density and intensity.(4)Because the impact of indoor space environment,there are some limitations such as limited range of activities and poor air quality.Consequently,its primary role is the subsidiary and complementary teaching methods of primary school physical education.(5)As a means of training intervention,the content of indoor fitness class is not confined to the content of primary school students' physical fitness training.To adapt to the needs of the development of school sports,it can be individualized design and adjustment according to the actual situation and needs.
