Sports clubs, as an important part of the sports industry, have promoted the development of our sport and the actualizing of comprehensive exercise plan.After 10 years'development, Jiangsu's Pingpong-badminton-tennis Club has formed a certain scale, in developed areas----the south of Jiangsu it has become an important place for people to obtain,it also developed rapidly in the northern Jiangsu area, which meets the people's needs of participating in sports and exercise.Inevitably, many problems to be solved still exist in its business management process because the overall development is at the initial stage.1.In this study, we have made deep investigation and study into the basic information of some managers, coaches and members of the club, as well as its operation and management status, through the methods of literature, questionnaire surveys, expert interviews, mathematical statistics, and logic analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:2.As the sports market, the process of socialization accelerating, the survey present the main investment of the club in Jiangsu Province have a trend of diversification----the state or the collective and private joint ventures, and private business increasingly has become the mainstream.The club's organizational structure is more robust in the majority,while the Tennis Club's healthy body is more than Badminton Club's.3.In the survey, the club own higher cultural level managers, most of whom are undergraduates, but they lack of learning or training on the management of sports club. Managers of Tennis club are better educated than the other two.Through factor analysis, also conducted on members to join the club was the main factor for the objective factors, their condition factor, sports demand conditions factor.4.Covered by the survey the number of male coaches is greatly more than the female's, and coaches full-time more than part-time in the club. Most coaches are young or middle age.Compared with the table tennis and badminton club,tennis club coaches are younger and their seniority is shorter.5.Covered by the survey coaches have higher education in the club, people have bachelor degree or above accounted for the majority. Most of them are graduates of sports major, or reading, so it has a solid theoretical knowledge of the sports.Without systematic training and learning there are still some deficiencies, so the coach's own sport technical level is not high.6.Covered by the survey in the club male members are far more than female, but significantly more female in table Tennis and Badminton Club.Members aged mainly 21-49 years old, bachelor degree or above accounted for the majority. Most members do sports twice a week and less than two hours for each activity, the time of their activity are often quite small.7.Through factor analysis, the main factors affecting the club development are the external objective environmental factors,conditions of internal self-factors, the external conditions for the crowd factors.The external Objective environmental factors is the basis, the conditions of internal self-factors is the necessary condition, the external conditions for the crowd factors is the key factor. Only these three combine, linked to promote better development of Jiangsu Province's Pingpong-badminton-tennis Club.
